Our client is a well-established engineering and automation company.
The position is part of a long-term onsite project at an international life science and diagnostics company located in Mannheim.
We are looking for a PLC Programmer (m/f/d) with Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 experience who would like to further develop their skills in a stable, structured and regulated industrial environment – without constant travel or project hopping.
Your responsibilities
Development, programming and further optimisation of PLC control systems using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3
- Integration and parameterisation of servo drives and motion control components
- Creation and adaptation of HMI visualisation and operator interfaces
- Testing, troubleshooting and optimisation of control software in an onsite environment
- Close collaboration with electrical design, engineering and quality teams
- Creation of technical documentation
Your profile
Practical experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT 3
- Technical education or degree in automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
- Ability to work independently after structured onboarding
- German language skills at least B2 is a MUST (required for project and team communication)
- First experience in special machinery or regulated industries
- Knowledge of drive technology and motion control
- Motivation to grow technically and to work long-term in a stable project environment
- Practical experience, learning mindset and solid technical fundamentals are what matter most.

Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week)
